Background

A period of significant organisation change required a rethink in terms of how leaders led managers and how managers led their teams.

Optimising individual and collective effectiveness through this period of uncertainty and upheaval was vital if the organisation was to create a consistent and meaningful approach to leadership, management and teamwork.
