Emotional Intelligence in the school environment is absolutely vital if the teacher, and student, are to create and maintain a healthy emotional climate which enables collaboration, learning and indeed, trust.

Having coached more than 100 school leaders and teachers using the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment, there is a clear pattern of Emotional Intelligence strengths and areas deserving attention and development if a professional educator is to facilitate meaningful learning, and enjoy the journey with students too.
