I recently had the pleasure of presenting at a conference for one of Europe’s most popular lift and escalator manufacturers, Pickerings.
With a history dating back 160 years, traditional values are vitally important to the company, as is innovation. The 3 hour keynote presentation included how to use Emotional Intelligence skills for the sales environment, for managing yourself more proactively and effectively, and how to replace silo working habits with more productive and efficient collaborate working.
