I just completed a EQ Certification Training course in Durham. A fantastic effort from participants throughout the intensive, and very enjoyable two day event.
Normally, the audience for theEQ Certification Training courses are HR Managers, Training Managers and Business Coaches, but this time, participant roles were somewhat different. A Sports Scientist who coaches many high-flying executive and entrepreneurs on how to balance health and well being with the stresses of business, and a senior Operations Manager within an international construction equipment business who has chosen to leave the relative security of his job to take a leap and become a specialist consultant and trainer.
The EQ-i 2.0 Certification Training course does not require you to hold any specific or specialised people focused role. Just ask the Sports Scientist, Miles. His feedback is shown below. What you do though need to participate in a EQ Certification Training course AND make your investment in time, energy and money worthwhile is a commitment to actually applying your learning.
